Just for the record, I had wanted to title this blog post: "We're bringing Twitterback. Yeah." :)

Just wrote a quick review of this feature.

Capsule summary: good work!

PS: I hope it works, per MK's comment.

Marshall: it only works in reply to Twitter messages. I believe you were commenting on a post from a blog. Sorry for the confusion!

That is a great feature. I hope more services take a cue from this.

Yes! Now I can get rid of the "other" twitter app on my iPhone! More free space equals more productivity!

PS

When are you going to add Orkut to the FriendFeed Mix?

If you need an RSS feed to make it live, OrkutFeeds.com can hook you up!

I am sure the devs have seen Scoble's comment about FF taking over for Twitter: http://scobleizer.com/2008/04/21/twitter-grabbing-defeat-from-the-jaws-of-success/ . I know I would love it if plain comments on FF could be pushed to Twitter. That way I could use FF exclusively as my interface to my friends' content online. It also could help migrate more people to FF in those times when Twitter's servers go down.

Would be cool if i could just post to twitter from FF.

1) will this be enabled in the realtime view
2) will this be able to put on by default (in settings or so?)
Thanks!
