New Services: Upcoming and Ma.gnolia

By popular demand, we added support for Upcoming and Ma.gnolia. Let us know if you have any problems adding the services to your FriendFeed.

BTW: can you add a Google Reader Starred Items to the feed choices? I don't want to segregate the *shared* and *starred* items that much on Gr. It'd be very helpful the this kinda ppl to util this little feature.
