Would it make sence to give users "Thumbs up" and "Thumbs down" icons next to each item. So users can rate the cool items in the lists of items, perhaps choose to display cool items with bolder fonts. This way there would be some way to have the option to sort through the information overload..
my feature wish (I know, I know) would be to be able to 'like' something from my rss reader directly (assuming I am cookied) instead of having to hit comment and do it on ff site...
for instant traction in Asia, add Friendster. I know i know..but freaking millions of people still use it because its what they had first. Go on..i dare you to treat Asian users as valuable as North American & European ones
Would it be possible to add an indicator next to items that are new? Its kind of hard to see that there is a new comment on someone's posted item. Makes it difficult to see when a conversation has been updated.
i'm still (as i wrote you to feedback@ at 19/04) can't access my account else, than with AlertThingy (mysocial24×7 cant access either), im still reciving — http://clip2net.com/clip/m4948/1208611281-clip-15kb.png — and still wanna you to fix it.) please.)
"We could not find the given account"
ReplyDeleteI find Netvibes to be more of a "iGoogle" based site. Almost the same as FriendFeed.

ReplyDeleteI had the same error as onreact.com, my account couldn't be found. I login using my email on netvibes.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that Furl links are duplicating (showing up twice for each shared link):
ReplyDeleteYou can see the effect here:

is it possible to add diigo.com
ReplyDeleteThanks.
nobosh.com requests a publisher API.

it seems that importing from del.icio.us could not be automatically done by friendfeed

ReplyDeleteGreat to see you're adding more social news to friendfeed. I'm hoping you'll add support for Propeller.com soon.

ReplyDeleteGetting "We could not find the given account" upon attempted Netvibes import.
ReplyDeleteI still can't add my Mixx account. "onreact.com" can't be found although I'm a super mixxer. Any plans on fixing that?
ReplyDeleteI tried variations of my account name and email, but I could not get FF to access my Netvibes.
ReplyDeleteI also cannot add NetVibes to my account.
ReplyDeleteI tried both e-mail and username used in NetVibes universe - none seems to work. I use Ginger release of NetVibes if it matters.

ReplyDeleteCool...just added Mixx and it works great! You should add support for Scribd and SlideShare

ReplyDeleteNope, Netvibes still not working on FF. Perhaps each account should have an example of what to put in the accounts field?
ReplyDelete"We could not find the given account".

Also, iLike doesn't work for me.
